But this is a cruel world, my dear! There are some set people, known as colleges - most of them are jealous and very Judgy. As per their judgment, you should NOT do these things.
1. Leave office early or on time
You just can't do this, even your work is completed, There is no work for the day left - if you are leaving office early, it is not acceptable to your colleges.
As according to this-this is a special privilege which you are getting as a MOM.
2. Take leaves when your baby is teething
As a mother, you know that when the baby is teething they need you the most. But when you are on leave and your colleagues came to know that its the reason - They cannot accept it. According to them its very normal process every baby face.3. Take a video call from your baby in office
If you are still able to deal with your baby's teething and all stuff and going to the office, If you are taking video calls to your baby from office - It's not acceptable to the colleagues. According to them "Agar Itna hi yaad karte ho to Ghar pe hi Raho na" (if you are missing your baby this much, stay at home).4. Took your baby to office
In case you are on leave, but there is some sudden work and you have to be at the office for some time and you are bringing your baby with you. It's again offense. According to them - "hum bhi le ke aa jate hai bacchee... ayse thodi kam hota he?" (Let's also bring our kids to office, It's not the way how you should work)5. Come to Office
This one is height - After completing your maternity leave, you are at the office your baby is just an infant. In this case, they'll ever feel that you should not come to the office and take care of your baby at home.------
